Nomad has recently been thinking of looking for a new job.
Perhaps this fits the bill. The salary seems reasonable for a part time position.

This blog is about video podcasting (or video on demand as it is sometimes called) and its role in avoiding the TV Licence Fee for UK residents. I aim to cover the practical, technical, political and legal aspects of this technology. Some discussion of the cultural and social aspects of podcasting will no doubt be included along the way. Discussion of programme content is extensively covered elsewhere and will not be the focus. Input is welcome from all.
